Terms and Conditions

Any orders can be placed either online, via Telephone, or by email providing delivery is mainland UK. If you require an order to be shipped outside of the UK, it is advised that you contact us with the items required prior to placing any order. If you prefer to collect you orders then we are open 9am – 5pm and our address is on the “contact us” page

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) @ 20%. If you are ordering from a VAT exempt region, please call +44(0) 1257 369566 or email for help

We accept most credit or debit cards, cheque or postal order, BACS and direct Bank transfers. Another common payment method is via Paypal which is often convenient for both parties.

All Credit / Debit payments are only deducted once the item(s) ordered are confirmed to be in stock. We try our upmost to do this on the day of dispatch. Payments by cheque or postal order are accepted although we will bon process them upon receipt and goods will only be despatched when full payment has cleared.

We offer a 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase, however, the guarantee can become void if the goods show signs of misuse, neglect, damaged caused by accident or the goods have been altered or modified electrically.

Any goods that are either lost or damaged in transit must be made aware to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any goods that are deemed to be missing must also be made aware to us within 24 hours of delivery. In the unlikely case of a non-delivery, please allow 2-3 days just in case the delivery has been delayed, otherwise we advise you to call our office for assistance. Any damaged goods and packaging must be retained for inspection.

Any refunds will be made to customers who have purchased goods from Strictly LED’s only. This must be done via our online returns system. We can only accept returns which are complete, unused and in “as new” condition (i.e. if a package has been opened to examine a product it must have been done without damaging or marking the product in any way). Any goods returned must be in the original package, complete with packing and accessories (if applicable) at the consumers expense together with a proof of purchase.


When goods are purchased by cheque or postal order, any refunds will only be made after 5 working days have elapsed following the date of purchase and a copy of the purchase receipt is submitted. Refunds will be made by cheque.

As we are online and unable to accept cash sales, no refunds will be made with cash. Where goods are purchased by credit or debit card, refunds will only be made to the original card account used for the transaction.


None of these conditions affects your statutory rights.

Strictly LEDs, recommends that you do not work with any live electrical equipment, neither should you attempt to undertake any repair, unless you are electrically qualified and competent.
